PROMOTECH's Half Gantry Beam Wielding Systems are used for longitudinal welding of structural beams with web in vertical or horizontal positions, and includes mechanical automated seam tracking system. High end features like five numerically controlled axes with mechanical tracing system and active compensation of position of both torches concerning the welding seam gives it ultimate flexibility. Its user-friendly interface and use of precise gears and rack-and-pinions as well as ball bearing guide rails in X, Y and Z-axes, guarantees precise travel with stable and repeatable welding processes. It has the possibility to implement additional functionality e.g. wielding length, intermittent welds etc. It has a ideal run speed up to 4 m/min (157/min) with length of track for X axis/ longitudinal welding of 7m(275.6") / 6m(236"), extension in 3-meter (118") sections and torch range in Z and Y axis of 500mm(19.7") and 1000mm(39.4") respectively. The maximum distance between torches is 1700mm(66.9").
