The Ingersoll Rand Backfill Tampers are designed to efficiently and uniformly condense small areas prior to pouring concrete. The tampers are equipped with a built-in lubricator and muffler. The unit also features a plated piston with dual-action sand wiper to prevent dirt entering the barrel, and a 146mm malleable butt. Varied front end butts are also available.
