The CSlaser 2M is manufactured by Optris, and is an infrared temperature sensor with broad temperature ranges from 250°C to 1600°C. It has a spectral range of 1.6 µm, and resistant to temperature up to 85°C without cooling. It also has optical resolution of up to 300:1, and has short wavelength for proportion of metals, metal oxides and ceramics.

The unit has an updated double laser sight for a precise spot size in every distance. It captures the tiniest objects of 0.5 mm within 150 mm of length.
