Pyroelectrical arrays, PYROSENS multi-channel detector series, are now complete with thermally compensated 4-channel sensors in TO8 housing., offered with integrated FET (voltage operation) and with operational amplifier (current mode). Special filters can be fitted on this quad channel sensors which are optically isolated having a high specific detectivity which makes them ideal for spectrometric applications even with high ambient temperature fluctuations. In addition to the 128 and 256 elements, DIAS line detectors now comes the first models with 510 elements. in comparison to similar linear arrays based on other pyroelectrics .These tantalate arrays has the characteristics of very low NEP and a broad spectral range of applications with wavelength starting from 1.3 µm - 100 µm. All PYROSENS line detectors can be fitted with virtually any long-pass, band pass filters.
