resistance temperature probe / IP68 / flange

The OPTITEMP TRA-F13 is a sensor with a flange and extension tube. The flange temperature assembly is mainly used in applications relating tanks or pipelines. A weld neck flange is used to connect the two devices. This type of thermometer can be coated, for example with PTFE, in order to make it resistant to aggressive media.

The sensors have a DIN-style welded design with multipart thermowells and DN25/PN40, ANSI 1/2", 1" and 1 1/2", 150 and 300lb process connection flanges with a fixed neck tube connection. The OPTITEMP TRA-F13 has a straight tip in 9, 10, 11 and 12mm diameters. Depending on the load, it operates at a temperature ranging from -200°C to ≤ 600 °C. IP54 and IP68 heads are available.

Spring loaded mineral isolated RTD or TC inserts are available as well. The sheaths are made from 316 L or Inconel 600.
