two-wire
The M400 has 2-wire/4-wire transmitters that are single-channel, multi-parameter units for the measure of conductivity, dissolved carbon dioxide, oxygen and pH/ORP. It has a unique-mixed input that allows the use of analog sensors or digital ISM. This makes the M400 a smooth and unique transition from analog to digital technology.
Having advanced predictive diagnostics is one of the many benefits that users can get from M400. It has sensor and measurement data diagnostic tools that include a adaptive calibration timer and dynamic lifetime indicator that can also become outputs to existing control systems over a second analog output. The two-wire of the M400 is also compatible with HART protocols or foundation fieldbuses.
ISM or Intelligent Sensor Management, rugged design and global hazardous area approval all contribute to the success and popularity of the M400 transmitter series even in the most dangerous and demanding fields of application.
