Suitable for industrial high temperature measurements of molten metal, the portable industrial thermometer Optris P20 05 M can measure temperatures between 1000 degrees C and 2000 degrees C. Its internal data storage can save up to 2000 measured values. The unit has a spectral range of 525 nm and a high optical resolution of 150:1. Its response time is 100 ms. The software optris Connect offers an oscilloscope function for 20 measurements per second. The handheld infrared thermometer has a USB port for evaluating and analyzing measured data on the computer.
