The MSplus LT is manufactured by Optris, and is a portable infrared thermometer that has a broad temperature measuring capacity that ranges from -32 °C up to 530 °C. The unit has a spectral band that ranges from 8 µm up to 14 µm together with an optical resolution ratio of 20:1. It also has an adjustable emissivity between 0.100 up to 1.100.

The MSplus LT has the capacity to calculate elements at a distance ranging from 13 mm up to 140 mm.
