CCD camera / multi-spectral

The Nuance FX is a multi-spectral tissue imaging system with a flexible bandwidth multi-spectral microscopy. This imaging system is particularly made to conform to the vast majority of all imaging applications of fluorescence and bright field microscopy. It uses an advanced, high throughput filter that is uniquely matched to the common molecular marker bandwidths.

It also features a Nuance acquisition software that combines tools that are easy to use for constructing custom spectral libraries. Powerful unmixing and analysis algorithms have been integrated in order to allow each component to be characterized and quantified. Extra dissection programming is an alternative to permit quick examination of tissue and clump transforming crosswise over pictures.
