The Raytek EC150 Thermal Imaging System is an automatic detection system that functions mainly for detecting, measuring, and classifying deficiencies in extrusion coating, co-extrusion and the lamination operation. The imaging system operates by detecting waves or running edges, gaps and damaged edges in an automated and fast manner. The system also takes charge for ensuring the correct web temperatures to exhibit strong film to substrate adhesion. Furthermore, the system has the capability to reduce fragments.
