Model 4500 Series is an Ultra-High Accuracy Thermometer manufactured by Techne Calibration. This device is used for metrology-level temperature measurement. The thermometer, and probe function as if they were simultaneously calibrated as a system; as a result, the device is able to provide precised measurements.

The series accepts a vast selection of plug-in probes equipped with a propriety Smart Probe system. The latter utilizes stable thermistors responsible for high resolution, fast response, and accuracy.

This tool is applicable as reference thermometer for liquid bath, clinical laboratory quality control, and chemical and petroleum regulatory. Its temperature ranges from -40°C up to 150°C.
