The TW Step series thermowells is used for measuring mediums that are corrosive in nature, located in high pressure areas or has high flow velocity. The #20 gauge bimetallic thermowell is a product of USG Products. Constructed of 316L stainless steel and comes with brass with a cap and chain for protection against contamination upon request. It measures ±1/16” of length and at 12” or less with a tolerance of ±.005 on .000. The fanged wells is serrated for better insertion and is in standards with ANSI B16.5 with a raised serrated face of 125 Ra. With a bore concentricity at : ±10% of minimum wall thickness, its gun drill bottom measures at 1/4” to bottom ±1/16' and at 3/16” minimum end thickness.
