color-change valve / ball / pneumatic / shut-off

The dependable Nordson Model A7A color-change valves allow fast color-change performance for increased productivity, performance and efficiency. They respond to pneumatic signals, and have an incorporated carbide ball and seat to allow shut-off and increased service life when used in abrasive coating applications. The A7A valves are developed for use with custom-designed manifolds or can be ordered in standard color-change manifold configurations for non-circulating systems.

The high-pressure valve is a standard feature that is designed to prevent foreign objects from entering the valve to prevent contamination. The unit is quickly and easily integrated into an existing system. The valve allows fast color change and production efficiency, and the air-actuated valves promote safe operation without risk of ignition. The modular stacking manifold allows for future integration of additional colors.
