Aavid Thermalloy AavFin plates increase the surface area in contact with the cooling fluid by using fin structures in the flow path thereby enhancing thermal transfer performance. Unlike other extended surface designs, AavFin cold plates offer the highest performance available. The products feature vacuum brazed construction and can be custom configured to meet application specific requirements.
