The unit is manufactured by Alper, and is a drum heater that is suitable for use in heating products contained inside steel drums. The silicone side heater lowers the viscosity of objects like soaps, fats, food stuffs, varnishes, and as well as chemicals. This enables the medium to be either pumped or poured effortlessly.

The unit is integrated with a capillary thermostat.
