IR dryer / UV / cooler / laboratory

Beltron GmbH LED UV dryer BE 20 is designed of 200 mm width teflon belt (ptfe-coated) or stainless steel belt with uv lamps, with special aluminum reflectorsmit or (upon request) with selective folters for temperature reduction. The entire lamp unit can be raised 70 to 120 mm, the rolls enable to move dryer and electronic control, inlet and outlet for different materials can be adjusted between 20 and 50 mm, steppless belt speed can be controlled in the range of 1,5-15 m/min (other ranges upon request). The unit includes exhaust/cooling fan.

The dryer finds application in drying and polymerization of uv screen inks, uv glue, for printed circuit boards, laminated materials, plastic, paper, glass, metal and other printed materials in flow process. The machine includes 80 to 200W/cm lasting lamp power, 1 to 3 uv lamps and 3 IR modules. This uv dryers are used for laboratory operation or small size production.
