UV dryer / cooler / laboratory / with belt conveyor

It is used for drying & polymerization of coatings & glue, inks, laminated materials, printed circuit boards, paper, glass metal, plastic and other similar flow process printed materials. Lamp power is between 80W/cm and 200W/cm.

Machines may be equipped with one or two lamps. They are frequently used for small size production and laboratory operations. Teflon belt, which is ptfe coated is free of maintenance and has an adjustable belt drive of 0.512m/minute. Belt width is 220mm and selective filters for reduction in temperature or special aluminium reflectors in addition to the one/two UV lamps. By using rollers and stands, entire lamp unit may be raised.

Different material height inlet and outlet may be adjusted in range 20mm to 100mm. Working height in accordance to SEMA is adjustable between 900mm-950mm including cooling/exhaust fan. Various values like operating hours, UV set value, etc, are displayed and compact control is initiated.
