The Brabender Muffle Furnace M110 is mainly intended for modifying ashes in various cereal products. Ash is the measurement of a mineral material remaining as a non-flammable remnants of the sample. Its temperature can be set to 300 °C up to 1100°C depending on its implementation.
Its concept revolves around weighing the substance into a crucibles. After this, the substance will now be placed into the muffle furnace. The ashes will then be conveyed. The entire process will be considered complete if the residue is white or even nearly white. If the ash components would denote to dry matter, the sample's moisture content will then be modified on a separate sheet.
The furnace is integrated with a radio interference repression.
