Using the oxygen and carbon monoxide sensors that are present on the chimney, values are measured and transferred to the processor unit. The load signal on the boiler will also be transferred to it. These are compared with values recorded in the capacity-oxygen curve. Then the positions of the servo-motors and drivers are controlled for each capacity point. The fuel actuators, combustion air damper/ flap and driver with F/C follow this optimization curve, independent of all fluctuations on the seasonal air conditions like the weather temperature, pressure, humidity, and dust, to get the best air/ fuel ratio for the ecostar burner.
