The immersion heaters are applicable heating in direct contact with the fluid such as water, oil, viscous materials, acidic and basic solutions, etc. They are also applicable to any kind of fluid, from water to corrosive solutions, oils, highly viscous fuel oils, steam, etc.
The heaters are installed inside of fluid in order to reach the maximum energetic efficiency.
The process temperatures can be very tight because there are no distorting elements.
There are a wide range of different couplings attached to the tanks such a through plug, with "nipples", with flange, submerged heaters, etc.
There are also specially designed heaters for work in dangerous areas and flameproof (ATEX), or process industry with working pressures above 40 bar.
