The Fusion 4H is a CNC welding machine for PVC profiles. The 4-head equipment has 2 sizes and perform frames at 90° corners and other specific work pieces.
The horizontal, digital machine has requirement unloading and loading capacity for the finished output. It has welding head positioning motion and indicator lamps for usage of the user and the equipment in the loading, welding and heating phases.
The indicator lights determine how the profile must be arranged with the help of the welding heads and the operator and effect to enhance component motion. Every cycle can be changed and planned out.
Moreover, it can supervise the welding bead diameter in a diameter from a range of 0.2 mm up to 2 mm.
