As a natural extension to our sample preparation and metallurgical testing equipment design and manufacture Essa recognises the need for quality apparatus in other areas of the assay laboratory. That's why we offer a selection of laboratory equipment that includes blenders and mixers; fire assay, calcining and ashing furnaces; multiple fire assay crucible loading and pouring systems; plus XRF and XRD presses.

Essa also offers a complete supply capability from our Perth operations. A broad spectrum of laboratory supplies and equipment can be readily despatched to those customers in geographic regions where such supplies can be difficult to obtain. Our location in the hub of the Australian mining industry supply market means we have ready access to a wide variety of goods and services at competitive prices. Assembly of bulk packages and the loading and marshalling of export containers is regularly undertaken.

This capability can include supply of the actual laboratory building. Readily transportable and relocatable containerised laboratories are a specialty. These can be provided fully equipped and stocked and with all services including fume and dust extraction. Our own in-house laboratory experienced staff are able to assist with all facets of laboratory design including total recommendation and design packages. On-site commissioning and training services can be included.
