Exair's air knife systems are designed with small profiles and are available in different lengths. They can be mounted for use in various industrial applications which involve conveyors and webs. The knife can remove dust and contaminants and cool hot parts or blow off excess oil, water, and liquids. Less compressed air is used by drawing in high volumes of room air. This process also leads to less energy consumption.

Knife systems with aluminum, stainless steel, and PVDF, which can be used in corrosive environments, are also available. They come in sizes that range from 6 inches to 54 inches. All of the knives from Exair are CE-compliant.
