The Pre-Fab shotblast HD type from FICEP is capable of handling large scale productions using its adjustable high-speed turbines. It features two blades that cut symmetrically, while rejecting all unwanted discharge in order to prevent build-up. Equipped with ETA wheels, this machine is able to distribute abrasive / increased hot spot while delivering quality surface output. It is capable of rapid production because of its fast feeding steel plates and beams that go through the blast chamber, making the surface output bigger.

FICEP offers a wide variety of supplementary turbines and tools capable of seamless integration with the Pre-Fab shotblast HD type, and vice versa, to address any issue or field of application to suit the needs of the user.
