The Express automatic welding machine Cat. No. 6010 can be used to weld overlap seams of 40 to 45 mm.

With a heating power of 4 kW that can be continuously adjusted from 68 to 1292 °F (20 to 700°C), it can meet the requirements of various materials.

The hot air fan produces a high air flow of approximately 600 litres per minute. Fitted with high-performance nozzles, the fan works effectively to support the equipment’s gear motor.

In a conventional working environment, you will be able to obtain welding speeds of around 16 metres per minute! As soon as the welding head pivots, the Express automatic welding machine Cat. No. 6010 will automatically start up.
