The Hengel blast chillers and blast freezers, also called shock freezers, can quickly deep-freeze or cool down (fast cooling) products on 400x600 mm / 460x660 mm trays or Gastronorm containers GN1/1 in accordance with the temperature freezing standards.
For 5, 10 or 15 trays 400 x 600 mm or Gastronorm containers GN1/1 (460x660/18’’x26” on request)
