The Hengel blast chillers and blast freezers, also called shock freezers, can quickly deep-freeze or fastly cool down products on trolleys / racks for 400x600 mm trays, in accordance with the temperature freezing standards.

Deep freezing cycle controlled by time or temperature probe
Polyurethane foam insulation (CFC free) with 43kg/m³ density (check thickness on the chart)
