Holroyd provides factory fitting service to assemble silicone heaters to customer components using vulcanization or self adhesive methods. The silicone heaters can also be manufactured for low thermal mass and feature rapid heat up characteristics and fast response to temperature control. Silicon features a wide operating temperature range of 60 to +230°C nd superb electrical properties that gives it a distinct advantage over other forms of heating. It is also used in applications which requires a heater mat to fit small diameter pipe-work. Pre-formed option is used to obtain a more precise fit. Holroyd can form and vulcanise silicone heaters in order to fit full or partial circumference of any pipe diameter. The heaters can be supplied with separate straps for fixing or can be permanently installed using room temperature vulcanizing silicone adhesive.
