The SC2500a SemiChill is a series of robust, compact recirculating coolers that are designed mainly for the semiconductor industry. There are five models available all of which have a cooling capacity of 2.5 to 10 kW on either air or water cooled. The cooler works at temperatures from +5 to +35 °C that can be adjusted to -20 to +130 °C. Because it has a compact design, it only consumes a small space and can easily be transferred through handling. It features pressure gauge, liquid level indicator, and front filling port for easy monitoring and calibration of the machine.
