The thermoMETER CSmicro is a temperature sensor manufactured by Micro-Epsilon. It is suitable for applications with limited installation space.

The device can measure temperatures within a range of -30°C to 1600°C, with a maximum temperature resolution of 0.025°C. It is equipped with an analog voltage output, and features a spectral range of 1.6µm and 8 to 14 µm.
