The FFB50 series from OMEGA are equipped with a front panel attached with a rotameter to control air flow fluidity. These industrial fluidized baths are easy to use and charged with aluminum oxide immediately at initial use. A bath media of fluidized aluminum oxide that is heated up to 600°C leaves only C02, degrading the rest of the plastic material with its liquid. It is ideal for eliminating virtually every polymer and hydrocarbon-based products. These models are best used with epoxy, oils, rubber, adhesives, paint, grease, coatings, fluids, lubricants, and plastic. They are useful in a wide range of applications including cleaning industrial systems, tools, components and the likes. It has a typical cleaning time that ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on bath loading, temperature and amount of material to be cleaned.
