The PC series is manufactured by Pieralisi, and is a milk pasteurizing system that has been specifically developed to comply with user specifications. The system is mounted with the use of a skid, and has a rated utmost throughput that ranges from 1,000 l/h up to 10,000 l/h of milk for both food and industrial use. Each part of the series conforms with technical standards in terms of force.
