The PortaDot Deep Pneumatic dot-peen marking machine is an incredibly mobile impact marker capable of creating very deep marks. This product is ideal for oil and gas/pipeline marking, cast and forge marking and nuclear applications, or for creating deep identification marks that will later be coated with paint.

The Deep Pneumatic portable dot marking machine provides a lightweight, portable marking head with two large marking window options of 130 x 30mm and 100 x 75mm - ideal for conveying large amounts of information or creating multiple marks at once, reducing process time. Like the Pryor PortaDot Range, the Deep Pneumatic PortaDot is ideal for marking large, heavy or immobile parts. The Deep Pneumatic PortaDot is particularly suitable for parts that are exposed to weathering conditions or components that are to undergo further coating or corrosive treatment. This makes the deep marker, which is capable of marking as deep as 1.5mm in aluminium and 1mm in mild steel, the product of choice for oil and gas/pipeline, cast and forging and nuclear applications.

Like the PortaDot range, the PortaDot Deep Pneumatic is easy to use, fully programmable and has a large memory capacity. This makes the loading pre-set mark designs easy and fast.
