The QSY3401 screen printer delivers excellent screen printing and stencil printing results in the IC pitch of 0.3 mm. The printer incorporates several outstanding features. Its X, Y, Z and θ axes can be adjusted as desired. The stencil can be disengaged in synchronous mode. The printer offers unlimited orientation modes for versatility in printing.

The printing performances are accomplished with an extremely minute error rate in repeatability. the printer is geared to provide high levels of exactitude in adjustment and printing. The stencils can be mounted easily and quickly, and the overall operations are extremely simplified. It is manufactured from top grade materials, leading to high caliber figurations.

The screen printer is sized 740mm x 500mm x 250mm. The three axes, X, Y and Z, can be adjusted from 0 to 10mm, while θ axis has an adjustment range of ±2-degrees. The printer delivers extremely precise adjustment rates up to 0.01mm. The repeat error rates are as low as 0.03mm. The printer is compatible with stencils of size 360mm x 260mm. The PCB is sized 300mm x 220mm.
