The 1200-DLX six-sector dome box coater was manufactured to deposit AR (anti-reflective) and mirror coatings on mineral and organic glass lenses, using a process known as thermal evaporation. There are multiple process applications offered by this device, which was built on unprecedented throughput requirements in the production of stock lenses and Rx-Labs.

The new process generation engineered by Satislosh is available for the following models: Spectraflex X, Multiquartz X, Performance X and Ioncote k X.
