The SEW R-010 is an ultrasonic sewing machine especially designed for non-woven materials. The sewing machine uses modern technologies, such as CAD and CNC. The machine is suited for sewing synthetic textiles as a substitute in the traditional sewing. The sonotrode and counter-piece wheel rotates at the same speed. The welding can happen without any problems.

The speed of the sewing machine can be adjusted to adapt on the different textiles used. The generator used has 5,000-W power and a 36 kHZ frequency. The transport speed, vibration amplitude, driving pressure and welding quote can be adjusted.
