The ultrasonic sewing machine Sew US/04 comes equipped with CAD and CNC technologies that are state-of-the-art. The machine is capable of sewing synthetic textiles, instead of the traditional yarn. There is a special transport system that can enable curvilinear welding and comes with an adjustable pressure. The sewing machine's arm is a swinging one. As a result of this, the machine can be adapted for different productive as well as ergonomic exigencies. The 1000-watt ultrasonic generator has 36 kHz frequency. All the welding parameters like transport speed, vibration amplitude, driving pressure and welding quote, can be adjusted. Several welding patterns can be obtained simply by changing the transportation and counter-piece wheel. It is possible to have simulated seams with variable design patterns.
