AE-F530C convection reflow oven is equipped with patented heating technology, an advanced 3-layer air-circulation unit, two cooling zones, and an easy-to-operate touch screen. The oven is capable of reaching the required temperature within 20 minutes from starting. The circulation unit employs a high-efficiency heat-resistant motor that directly circulates hot air through the entire system to ensure homogeneous temperature distribution with ±1°C variation. The oven provides 5 heating zones capable of uniform heating of small and intricate parts without any need for shifting them. In addition, it provides independent temperature control for different zones, enabling constant-temperature heating in one zone and soldering heating in another zone. AE-F530C also provides constant cooling in two zones, capable of achieving cooling speeds of up to -5°C/s.
