capacity discharge welder / portable / thermocouple

The SR50 portable battery/mains powered capacitance discharge welder is created for making thermocouple junction welds/impact welds in the workshop and onsite. The unit has adequate power to weld wires up to 0.9mm diameter and the battery life is capable of at least 500 welds on max power. Using the charger it can be run from the mains supply.

A wait lamp with interlock means the user can only use the welder once the current set charge is reached. The waterproof, lightweight SR50 case is robust and constructed from a strong rigid plastic.

It is made in the UK with a 2 x 0.9mm weld capacity and 0-30 joules output. It has a 1 year warranty.
