GTFC tumble belt blast machines are the continuous-flow version of the TB rubber belt model. The belt’s conformation and its very specific installation result in a combined forward/tumbling movement of the workpieces: the blast wheels installed at the top of the machine ensure full coverage of all surfaces.

The GTFC shot blasting system offers considerable advantages in terms of:

integration into continuous-flow production lines;
guaranteed aesthetic quality of the materials treated as the system is designed to avoid knocks and rubbing between one part and the next, which is instead an inevitable issue with traditional tumble belt systems, not just during the actual processing but, above all, during loading and unloading as well;
