The Deltamatic shot blasting system features an overhead conveyor designed to achieve high performance as a result of the blast wheels’ continuous operation.

Materials are hung from a series of hooks travelling along an overhead monorail or bi-rail conveyor, or are fastened on motorized hoists. Inside the Deltamatic overhead conveyor blast machine, the hook is made to pivot around its own axis as well as travel in front of the blast wheels (mounted on one side of the chamber), resulting in uniform coverage of all surfaces within the blast area.
