The Swabian com­pany URA­CA high-pres­sure clean­ing sys­tem is specifically introduced for the cleaning of the concrete trucks in an eco­nom­ic, en­vi­ron­men­tal­-friend­ly and ef­fi­cient manner.The cleaning of the mix­er drums of these trucks is necessary in order to prevent the formation of deposits and their subsequent hardening and increase with continuous applications. This cleaning is necessary to enable the trucks to utilize their maximum loading capacities which are reduced due to the presence of un­ne­ces­sary load which force excess material travelling and hence devouring energy and capacity. The deposits waste more than 10% of the loading capacity of the truck,making almost 2 to 3 tons of deposits covering the load in the truck.
The technology used in these systems involve a high-pres­sure pump unit along with a lance clean­ing fa­cil­i­ty which facilitates the cleaning of these con­crete truck mix­er through high-pres­sure wa­ter. The clean­ing sys­tem enables a quick, effective and reliable cleaning that is almost impossible to be done manually, which in turn renders eco­nom­ic op­ti­miza­tion. There­fore, a clean mix­ing drum re­sults in sig­ni­f­i­cant sav­ings and a complete utilization of resources.
