The machine represents a complete marking system machine for alphanumerical coding.
The marking process is applicable on marking strips, sheets, pipes or profiles.
The system includes a continuous spray marking process within the alphanumerical characters are applied.
The rate of the material flow and the dot size can be adjusted at the spray guns.
A specially designed flushing gun is constructed to removing paint remains after the completed final marking process.
The speed of marking process can reach up to 2 m/s.
The marking image per character consists of a 4x5, 5x7 or 7x9 matrix which can apply to the object column by column. The marking character height is between 40 and 200 mm. The dot size and paint thickness can be adjusted at the spray guns. The minimum dot size has diameter approximately 3 mm.
