The Pilot III-2K is a manual spray gun which is utilized solely to apply water-based adhesives which are made up of two components. Every component used to make the contact materials is constructed from stainless steel, and the body of the gun benefits from having a Teflon coating to enable easy cleaning. The catalizator aircap is constructed from chemical-resistant plastic. Channels which are used to carry materials have varying diameter connections and are separated.

The Pilot III-2K is not a modification of an existing gun which is used in applications but has been specially produced to use with two-component adhesives. A thorough study was carried out to ensure its compatibility with the agents to be sprayed and to optimize convenience of use.
