Speroni Futura sets the standards for tool pre-setters. FUTURA modular tool presetting systems allow repeatable precision to be achieved at 1 micron or better. With a Pearlitic class-40 cast iron construction, these machines are durable and thermo-balanced. The precision ground and hardened guide ways are by Schneeberger®. For easy focus of the tools, an ergonomic handwheel is featured. Both the Z-height and X-diametr axis offer a resolution of .001-mm. The spindle is a new ISO 50 taper vertical rotating model. Adjustability is possible with the anti-vibration pads and front inspection light system. A support arm is available with the customer’s choice of monitor. Precision is provided with the spindle calibration edge. Additional features include a spindle disk brake system that is pneumatically activated and support for Speroni original adapter.
