The FT 02064 is centro clamp. It is a five-axis machining center. The unit simplifies the programming like the the insert of production facilities if the machining takes place in the suited center of the operating range of the production machine. The unit has a tightening torque of 60 Nm, a clamping power max. of 18 kN and a repeatability of +/-- 0.01 mm. The clamp travel is 0 - 38 mm having a grid dimension and jaw adjustment of 12 mm. Furthermore, the device's clamping range conforms to the standard grip jaws of FT02069. The clamping range standard for grip jaws is 18 - 125 mm and a full clamping of 0 - 109 mm. At a lower cost, the unit is flexible.
