tightening spindle / direct-drive / multi

Multispindle tightening units are practical and effective solutions to increase productivity thanks to simultaneous and accurate tightening of several screws, bolts or nuts.

They can feature two or more spindles, axial compensation to tighten elements at different heights, or variables distances between centers to tighten components having different geometries using the same solution, only by changing spindles positions.

Multispindle units, can be manually operated, therefore used by the operator to perform tightening in vertical or horizontal direction, can also be integrated into automatic assembly lines or automatic workstations, with manual loading of the workpiece.

All solutions are designed according to the type of joint and application, and may feature air nutrunner motors or sophisticated DC electric nutrunner motors when it is necessary to monitor and control the fastening cycle. Systems are designed and manufactured by Fiam to meet any production requirement.
