These complex systems enable 5-axis machining of workpieces in one single operation. This leads to important reductions of set-up times and savings in piece rates. In addition, machining on one clamping operation results in a higher precision of the workpiece. Using these systems, very complex shapes (e.g. turbine wheels) can be machined.

Well-proven subassemblies from standard ranges are easily machined. Worm drives, mitre gears (Klingelnberg) and torque motors are used as the drive. Multi-axle rotary table systems may be equipped with various pallet clamping systems, e.g.:
clamping plate - clamping star - clamping cones

Fluids are supplied to the table top or to the clamping pallet through rotary couplings. The systems can be adapted and retrofitted to existing machines.
