linear feeder / continuous / bottle-top / high-rate

This high-speed bottle infeed features a flexible infeed with a design suitable for use with complex-shaped products and multiple sizes. The single lane results in a continuous infeed of products with the product batch transferred to the gripping station in a continuous motion. This device requires little to no maintenance due to its simple and efficient design, and format changeovers require only one operator to complete. The product transfer mechanism is fully synced with scroll speed through use of a numeric control system.

The collation system used in this device is simplified and does not require a laning unit typically used for handling plastic bottles. This device is very straightforward to use and can be adapted to suit a number of robot case packers including AN, ER and SD. Noise output is minimal thanks to the silent system.
