The specially designed milling machine centres can be fitted with complete backwall systems. The complete backwall systems and large bellows from ELASTIC or SAMURAI are also used. The individual designed backwall systems are developed to protect sensible machine parts from the effect of soiling etc. during production and milling process. For each machine series individual covers are designed. Cube backwall system represents a perfectly engineered modular built-up rear wall system that enables to reduce efforts even for a single backwall. The single costs per CUBE Backwall system are below the individually designed concept.

SAMURAI Bellows are used for backwall protection. The fixed mounted stainless steel lamellas protects the bellows against hot and sharp edged swarf. The spindle opening is custom designed to the customer's requirements. To ensure optimum load transmission to the X axis cover protection, the top and bottom of the cover needs to be connected with moving column or other supporting machine parts.
